Who are we?

Alcyomics Ltd (Registered address: Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS, UK) is a Life Sciences company that undertakes in vitro safety testing of novel compounds and drugs to assess adverse immune reactions. We work with biotechnical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries in addition to CRO’s.

What information do we collect and how do we collect it?

We collect relevant personal information (including name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) from you; we do this via:

  • Industry conferences and events
  • Recommendations from industry colleagues

What do we do with this information?

Your details will be added to our database in order to process any relevant request from you and to keep you up to date with details of products and services from us that are relevant to you.  If you do not wish to receive any information or offers from us, whether by post, telephone or e-mail, you should notify us using the relevant contact details below.

Alcyomics do not collect any personal information via Cookies on our website; however, 3rd party sites such as Google collect information about our website and allow us to view statistics on how this is being used by users who visit the site. We do not have the means to see or record any personal information acquired through the use of Google Analytics.

Enquiry form and data storage
When you complete our enquiry form your submitted information is emailed to us directly and not stored or available to anyone outside of our email account.

Mailing list form and data storage

From time to time we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.  If our information practices change at any time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes, and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
